When I came across Eric Munger my home had already been on the market for approximately one year and had been listed with at least two other well known real estate firms. After a year of listing with traditional, old real estate market, accustomed to putting out a sign and maybe a newspaper ad, I knew I needed fresh and modern ideas for marketing.   I began to research the internet and look at webpages to find out who was reaching clients not just in the local market but nationally.  I found an ad for Eric Munger on a site in San Francisco, Trulia and many other sites.  I was impressed with how far he was reaching out and gave him a call.  I was at this point interviewing realtors and not just taking referrals.     Eric came to the interview prepared and professional.  He had done the market research and knew the history of the prior listings for my home. Eric promised me follow-up and follow-thru and he delivered. I was totally impressed by his sincerity and confidence.    Eric listed my home on multiple websites and in multiple media outlets that I could verify. Eric made sure to bring every offer to my attention and gave invaluable advice on each offer and option. He followed up on any lead and constantly kept me informed.  He was resourceful and helpful and always made me feel as if I was his only client!   Eric is a true professional with traditional and modern-contemporary flare in the real estate industry. He is aware of what home shoppers are looking for and where they are looking when shopping. My name is Theresa Magner and I contracted with Caroline Clemons and ERA Premier Realty to sell me home in February 2009. I finally sold my sold my in a short sale in February 2010. From the beginning of my contract Caroline did an excellent job of marketing and trying to sell my home. The virtual tour and online advertisement represented my home to its full potential. 2009 of course was the worst year for Real Estate that most of us have seen.
